Contact

Email hello@secretsantalinks.com. A person reads every message, and in December we check every day.

Good reasons to write

• A reveal link says it is incomplete. This usually means a messaging app cut the link in two. Tell us which app you sent it through.
• The draw won't work with your rules (couples kept apart, last year's matches). Tell us how many people and how many rules, without their real names if you prefer.
• A printable prints at the wrong size: the gingerbread house, ornament or tree template. Send your printer, paper size and browser.
• An idea for the gift lists or a broken shop link.

We can't see your draw

Names and matches are kept in your browser and inside each private link. We don't have a copy, so we can't tell you who drew whom or recover a lost link. The organizer can open the same device and browser to copy the links again. See the privacy page.
